Leon Recanati is a prominent businessman figure and is currently the Chairman and CEO of GlenRock Israel. Until 2003, and prior to founding GlenRock, he served as Chairman & CEO of IDB Holding Corporation Ltd. one of the largest investments companies in Israel, Chairman of Clal Industries and Investments Ltd. and Chairman of Azorim Investment Development and Construction Ltd. Until 1997, Leon was Chairman of Delek Israel Fuel Corporation and Super-Sol (retail), in addition to several other positions in a variety of operating companies in Israel.
From 2003 Leon leads GlenRock to investing in promising startup companies and to an outstanding portfolio of which some went public or took part in M&A transactions. Leon sits on the board of directors of several public and private companies.
Leon is deeply involved in GlenRock's activity and heads the Yahel foundation as well as actively heading numerous charitable enterprises in Israel.
Leon has a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor degree in economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Honorary Doctorate degrees from the Technion Institute of Technology and Tel Aviv University.

Asaf is GlenRock's Managing Partner and sits on the Board of Directors of portfolio companies private and public.
Prior to joining GlenRock, Asaf worked as a consultant for MATI, a public organization committed to assisting the establishment and expansion of businesses, providing business planning for startups and existing businesses, and advising entrepreneurs about establishing businesses in Israel. Before hence , Asaf worked at Meitar Liquornik Geva & Leshem Brandwein. Additionally, Asaf was involved in several independent entrepreneurial ventures.
From 2006 Asaf has been scouting and leading investments in GlenRock. Working closely with the portfolio companies and providing consulting to companies’ management.
Asaf holds an Executive MBA, a Ph.M in Philosophy (Magna Cum Laude), a L.L.B and a B.A. degree in Management from the Tel Aviv University.

Ronit Izraeli -
Chief Financial Officer
As GlenRock's Chief Financial Officer, Ronit Izraeli brings extensive experience in a wide variety of financial, tax and accounting related matters.
Prior to joining GlenRock in 2009, Ronit served as the Vice President Finance and Controller of Saifun Semiconductors Ltd. , Ronit also served as the Financial Manger of iTouch Israel Ltd. (acquired by TippCom Ltd.). Ronit previously spent 5 years in public accounting as a manager at Ernst & Young in Tel Aviv, Israel, where she was responsible for clients from the high-tech, communications and services industries.
Ronit is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting (with distinction) and an MBA from the Recanati School of Business Administration at the Tel Aviv University.
